Free freight on standard orders exceeding $3,500, standard freight charges will apply when less than $2,500.

If product arrives damaged, it is required that you ‘sign for damage’ on delivery in order to process a Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA).  Custom products are not refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items shipped with free shipping will incur an additional 10% shipping recovery fee. To avoid confusion and delays, ensure roof heights and quantities are correct. 

Cancelling or changing orders must be done before the order enters the shipping process. Once the order enters the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. However, you may return the item subject to that item’s return policy.

Summary:

  • Products must be returned within 60 days of delivery of order
  • Return shipment to be arranged by customer
  • RMA needs to be completed with customers original PO#
  • Any custom parts are final sale
