At Reform, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’ve made sure our return and exchange process is as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Important: Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have thoroughly checked the product and are satisfied with your purchase.
- For Freight Shipments: If your order was shipped via freight carrier, carefully inspect the product for any visible damage before the carrier leaves. You have the right to refuse delivery if the product is damaged.
- Documentation: If you notice any damage, please make a note of it on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt) and contact us immediately for further assistance.
Return and Exchange Guidelines:

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of receiving your order. The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Custom and/or special order items.
2. Freight shipments (e.g., LTL Freight).
3. Items delivered more than 60 days ago.
4. Installed items.
5. Modified items (items that have been damaged, drilled, cut, or altered in any way).
6. Items specifically marked as non-returnable. - Condition of Items: Non-defective items that have not been installed must be returned in new, “resaleable” condition. The item should be in its original packaging, including all components & accessories.
- Return Process: Return Merchandise Authorization must be completed and submitted to info@reformfleet.com to begin the return.

Refunds: Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items. Any items found to be in violation of our Return Policy may be ineligible for a full refund or subject to a reduced refund. Please allow 7-14 business days from return delivery for the return to be inspected and processed.

- Refund for store credit: 10% return fee
- Refund to original method of payment: 20% return fee

- Return Shipping: Freight to be arranged and paid for by customer requesting the return. Material must be received at Reform within 30 days upon RMA approval.
